You posted about new launches or company webinars on your own social media accounts. But no one from your network respond to you. Ouch.
You try to follow up with leads and they don't reply to your texts. You call and they don't even pick up.

You might even tell them you are patient and will wait for them to be ready. You let them be. Then you see them make a transaction with another agent without contacting you 6 to 9 months later. Ouch!
You have been attending company wide trainings and absorb info but don't know how to execute exactly

All in all - you attend training after training - you feel super busy and packed but there's no results to show.
You might consult your boss and upline and you may even do monthly reviews. But motivation die down and you don't produce results.
Your boss and uplines are amazing and helpful people. But they are pretty busy themselves to check you and look out for your blindspots.
